changing perspectives
My experience at ICM has not really changed my perspective on life. What it has made me realize is that work becomes your life and if you chose a career path that does not excite you and make you happy, you are going to live miserably. It is hard to spend so much time each day doing something that you find boring. Although I love books, I have always said I need a job where I am interacting with people and this internship has had none of that. Therefore, although my experience at ICM has not exactly changed my perspective on things, it has certainly enforced things about myself that I always expected to be true.

Thats great that from this experience you have learned more about the kind of job you will have one day. I definitely agree, that I need some human interaction to get through the day at the office. Moving forward, have you brainstormed any internships that you could look into that may have more of what you are looking for?
